Why we do it
From employee No1 to MD of a successful B2B SaaS business, I repeatedly came up against the same issue - how do I scale our sales when everything relies on me and I have zero sales and marketing budget.
Through test and learn over a 4 year period, I built myself a simple, repeatable, scalable sales, marketing and growth engine that consistently delivered 2-5 MQL meetings per week.
